A. Shipping costs and information:

We deliver to the following countries: Germany

 

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of €4.99 per order including VAT.

 

II. Shipping outside Germany:

The shipping costs for deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland are a flat rate of €13.99 including VAT per order.

The shipping costs for deliveries to Canada, India, United Kingdom (UK), United Arab Emirates (UAE) and United States (USA) are a flat rate of €19.99 including VAT per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). III. Information for shipping

Delivery times

For deliveries to Germany, the delivery time is 3 - 5 working days.

For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland, the delivery time is 7 - 10 working days.

For deliveries to Canada, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (USA), delivery time is 7 - 14 business days.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

II. Detailed information about the individual payment methods

1. Credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express

2. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select “PayPal” as your payment method.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods “Credit card via PayPal” and “Direct debit via PayPal”.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

3. iDeal

In cooperation with Currence Holding BV, Beethovenstraat 300 Amsterdam, Netherlands, we offer the “iDeal” payment method. The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via iDeal. Payment is made directly to us. When making the payment, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.

4. Bancontact

In cooperation with the Bancontact Payconiq Company, Rue d'Arlon 82, 1040 Brussels, Belgium, we offer the “Bancontact” payment method. The prerequisite is that your bank account supports payment via Bancontact. Payment is made directly to us. When making the payment, you will be redirected to your bank's secure environment and can initiate the payment after logging into your online banking account.
