1. Allow your skin to soak

Take a nice warm shower, bath or steam room for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply soap or lotion afterwards. This can prevent the fabric of the glove from removing the dead skin.

2. Prepare the glove

Wet the glove and wring out the excess water. The glove should still be slightly damp.

3. Now you can exfoliate!

Get out of the water and exfoliate your skin vigorously using up and down movements until you see the dead skin cells roll off. Repeat the process on each part of the body. By applying some pressure you will achieve a better result. (redness is normal)

When you're done, simply rinse your skin and the glove. Make sure that you do not treat sensitive areas of your body, open wounds, acne or inflammation with the glove.
